Abstract

Objective: Some Saudi leaders (technocrats), led by Muhammad bin Salman, set out to implement the 2030 vision to rid the country of a monopoly economy and its consequences. The present article seeks to explain the position of the 2030 document in the vision of Saudi development.
Method: The research method in terms of type of research is descriptive-explanatory and based on the type of data, is a qualitative. The method of data collection is library, internet, documents and the method of analyzing the findings is content analysis.
Results: The 2030 document has various dimensions that in this study, most attention has been paid to the economic dimension. The internal conditions of the power components and the countries of the region and trans-regional have a direct impact on the implementation of the document, and on the other hand, the realization of the 2030 document is effective in improving the position of the regions of Saudi Arabia. However, the obstacles that exist in the path of the 2030 document will make it difficult to achieve the axes of the document in the future.
Conclusion: The conclusion of the studies shows that the minimum realization of the 2030 document is also a positive step and a developing trend for the Saudis; Because it will change the internal developments and regional policies of this country, this is subject to a serious transformation in the traditional religious context of this country. By focusing on the 1404 axis, Iran can create a platform in its policies in the coming years and compete with its rival or, in other words, its regional rival in various fields.
