Abstract
The majority of theorists like Chastlls , Dekmejian ,Esposito ,Giles Capel & Oliver Roy believes that one of the main reasons for the formation of new social movements in the world ,including moderate Islamic movements, & movements such as the Taliban & al-Qaeda, the reaction of Muslim nations to the externalization policies of the Islamic world , the Islam phobia strategy in the west ,humiliating of the Islamic identity by western media ,are returning to religious identity & etc .In fact the reasons for the formation of new Islamic movements & change in behavior of Islamic classical movements relates to various factors such as globalization ,the policies of the west towards Islam such as Islam phobia projects, humiliating treatment with Muslims in the west, the west & Muslims cultural & identity conflict ( The clash of civilizations ) & the challenge of identity in Islamic countries
