Abstract

Issue of Geopolitics is studying of the behavior of human groups to each other based on geography, politics and power. Today, the Shiites, the subject of geopolitics, the geographic center of gravity Shiite areas that affect power relations in the region and the world. Of the 5.1 billion Muslims in the world, 15-20% of them are Shiite. During Post-Saddam, social and political siege ended with the Shiites in Iraq and now its future is tied up with the issue of Shiite. The question considered in this article, is "Shia geopolitical developments in the Post-Saddam consequences in the region have been seeking?" Type of library research and research methodology is descriptive - analytical. The results show that the power of the Shiites in Iraq, they are transforming the political landscape of Iraq have found it, impact on the future of the Shiites in other countries. Power, spirituality and the role of religion in the life of the Iraqi Shia in Post-Saddam have many consequences, not just for Iraq's future political development, but also for the future religious developments in the Middle East, which disrupted the balance of power in favor of Shiites.
