Abstract
Europe as a postmodern society, along with the formation and consolidation of Europe Union faces new social and cultural problems. The importance of cultural boundaries in the space of globalization is such that the presence of a significant population of Muslims in Europe has become a threat to European culture.
In this article, we try to discuss the implications and challenges which the presence of Muslim immigration creates for Europe. History of the Crusades, the Ottoman legacy, along with the possibility of Turkish membership acceptance in Europe and unfavorable image of Islam in Europe, are the most important challenges.
But the solidarity of Muslims in Europe, with a growing population of Europeans and Muslims represent their mutual need for living together
